So I have to show you the beginnings of the layout you are about to see. I LOVE how this chevron turned out. I used a tutorial by Marcy Penner for October Afternoon to make this background.

You know it is funny as this shade of aqua blue has ALWAYS been my favourite colour it is just so serene and fresh and happy dont you think? i would have my whole house like this if i could, but then i would have to loose my red/white lounge and kitchen and i am partial to a bit of red too :) OH and i LOVE this layout, i have been meaning to follow that tutorial since i saw it, maybe this week lol or next :)

ReplyDeleteUrsula this is fantabulous!!!!! I love all the stitching, the chevron, and a beautiful pic!!!! There is something to be said about blues - not the plain jane crayonish blues, but the soft aquas etc that just grab me! Hugs!

LOVE!...absolutely beautiful layout...i've always not been a fan of blue...but lately i've been coming around a bit more...although oddly enough, aqua and turquoise have always been favorites...
