Anticipate

I don't know if I'll ever get tired of scrapping wedding photos from my daughter Kaitlin's wedding.  That was just such a wonderful day and something we took such a lot of care in preparing.

The thing I think I need to change is to start scrapping some of the details, like the cake and the flowers and the bridesmaids and the food.  I have to admit that I am so in love with the photos of the bride that I have a tough time moving away from those, LOL.

This layout is no exception.  I wanted to create a very soft and romantic page this time around.  I used almost exclusively Basic Grey papers and embellishments from a wide variety of collections.  I love mixing and matching things.

When I do this type of layout, pulling from my stash, I essentially make myself a kit and work from that.  It's so satisfying to use my stash!

I've used Basic Grey Life of the party background paper for this LO.  Lots of other Basic Grey papers from older collections as well.  There is an Elle's Studio label at the top. Basic Grey Hopscotch tabs and I think that teal rose brad was from American Crafts.
Enjoy!

And if you have a moment and a some thoughts, I'd love to hear what they are!
